This workout is perfect for our current stay-at-home situation! Each workout is set up to be 15-minutes long, so it is easy to fit in between Zoom meeting breaks and homeschooling. The only optional equipment is dumbbells, but a water bottle, bottle of cleaning supplies, or canned good will also do!
This template contains 6 different 15 minute workouts. Each are set up as a circuit with 3 circuits per workout aimed at strengthening your whole body. Circuit training style strengthening workouts also allow you to tone your body while increasing your heartrate and gaining some aerobic conditioning as well. Get more bang for your buck if you only have 15-minutes a day.
